Refund Policy
Returns
If something is wrong with your purchase, you may be entitled to a return or exchange as long as we are notified within 10 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 10 days from when the order was delivered. All Vaporizer cartridge products cannot be returned.
Whether you are granted a return or exchange is determined on a case by case basis. At this time, we do not accept returns for opened products. Please refer to our Worry Free Guarantee to learn more about returning products that have been opened. Thank you!
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
Cancellation
You have until before your order is processed to cancel your order. You will be notified via email when your order has processed. If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, you may send it back to us but we do ask that you pay for the shipping costs.
Shipping Refund Policy
All refunds (if granted) will be denied a refund for the shipping cost, unless we are responsible for shipping an incorrect item or at fault for shipping to an incorrect address.
Independent Retail Purchases
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations or 3rd party websites. If you purchased a Hemp Shop Online Labs product at a retail location, or through a website other than, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor the transactions or sale of Hemp Shop Online products after we ship them.
